Stopped by treasure city in Royalton, Minnesota for a souvenir to mark my first ride to the Twin Cities

It's a very popular roadside attraction and rest stop for travelers heading up north from the Twin Cities area, known for:

Its vast and eclectic collection of items, including Minnetonka moccasins, gifts, souvenirs, toys, games, and various knick-knacks.

Its unique photo opportunities, such as a giant pirate cut-out ("Pirate Pete") and a "200-pound man-eating clam."

Its long history, as the store opened in 1963 and has been a central Minnesota staple for over 60 years.

In short, it's not an actual city or a ghost town, but a long-standing, memorable destination often called "Central Minnesota's largest gift and souvenir shop."
